This paper tries to reveal the changing paths and development tendency of the direct oversea investment from Hubei enterprises by the analysis of these new characteristics so as to offer the reference for the stratagem adjustment of the direct oversea investment from Hubei enterprises.

This paper analyses the present situatin and existing problems in the industry of Hubei, the author believes that developing industry of Hubei must depend on more super theory and idea in order to decide the developing strategies with the entry into the WTO, therefore the author puts forward the practicable methods and suggestions of developing industry of Hubei.
