病证名。带下病证型之一。亦称肥 人 白带。见全国高等医药院校教材《中医妇科学》。指女子素体肥盛，湿浊内聚，下注任带而 致白带量多，稠粘味腥者。多伴胸脘胀满，恶心多痰，月经延后或闭经，舌体胖大边有齿痕 ，脉沉滑等症。治宜健脾除湿，理气化痰。方选苍附导痰丸、六君子汤加苍术、柴胡、升麻 。可参带下病条。
