补充资料：脾肾阳虚证
| 脾肾阳虚证 脾肾两脏阳气虚衰所表现的证候。多由脾、肾之病耗气伤阳，或久泻久痢，或水邪久踞，以致肾阳虚衰不能温养脾阳，或脾阳虚久累及肾阳，终致脾肾阳气俱衰。临床表现为面色白，畏寒肢冷，腰膝或下腹冷痛，久泻久痢，或五更泄泻，或下利清谷，或小便不利，面浮肢肿，甚则腹胀如鼓，舌淡胖，苔白滑，脉沉细。脾肾阳虚证一般以腰膝、下腹冷痛、久泻不止、浮肿等与寒证并见为辨证要点。脾肾阳气虚衰，不能温煦形体，则面色白，畏寒肢冷，腰膝冷痛。阴寒内盛，寒主收引，故见下腹冷痛。脾阳虚，水谷不化，见久泻久痢。肾不主水，脾失制水，见尿少，水肿，甚则腹大如鼓，一身面目皆肿。治宜温补脾肾，水肿为主用真武汤、实脾饮；腹泻为主方用附子理中汤合四神丸。 |
