方法对照组为16周龄C57BL小鼠7只,实验组KKAy糖尿病小鼠组21只,随机分为3组:糖尿病对照组,罗格列酮组,二甲双胍处理组,为期4周。

方法对照组为16周龄C57BL小鼠7只,实验组为KKAy糖尿病小鼠7只;小鼠4周龄开始普通饲料喂养至12周龄,随后高脂饲料喂养4周,连续2次随机血糖≥16。

目的以C57BL/6JSlac小鼠为正常对照组,对自发性Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型KK-A~y/Ta小鼠的体生长曲线、糖代谢曲线、血清胰岛素、主要脏器重量、脏器系数等部分生物学特性数据进行测试和分析,并对其肾脏、肝脏和胰腺等组织形态学变化进行探讨。
