In order to master the key technique of tunnel horizontal jet grouting,a large advanced drilling rig and a patented seal equipment have been developed;furthermore,a new construction method of horizontal jet grouting with invented seal equipment for the tunnel pre-support has been proposed.

To seal high pressure thick liquid in soil anchor hole,we designed the ZJ-150 grout sealer that is expanded by water for the construction of the soil anchor engineering.

But now, successful application for the pre-stress anchor technique in the same case has been gained by use of one construction method of "orifice ponding pouring" in the deep excavation pit supporting in Xiamen Postal Edifice, which can be taken for example on similar engineeri.

The application of orifice-closed grouting method construction technique in low-pressure non-cover-weight grouting under complex geological conditions was discussed,and the reasonable parameters were proposed.

The packing gland for the conventional high-pressure grouting is modified to be adaptable to the low-pressure curtain grouting;by which the application area of the grouting method is enlarged along with improved grouting quality and shortened construction period.
