influenza virus
又称流行感冒病毒，其病原体为核糖核酸类病毒，直径为80～120nm。流感病毒不耐热，加热56℃数分钟即丧失致病性，100℃ 1分钟即被灭活。对干燥紫外线以及乙醚、甲醛、升汞、氯等化学制剂都非常敏感。在低温的环境下病毒较稳定。根据其抗原性的不同流感病毒分为甲、乙、丙三型，大流行一般由甲型病毒及其亚型引起，乙型流感都呈局部小流行或散发，丙型引起散发病例。流感病毒的抗原性及致病力极易发生变异，尤其是甲型病毒。流感病毒的变异包括量变到质变的相互转化过程，主要是血凝素和神经氨酸的变异，有时只一种抗原发生变异，有时两种抗原都发生变异，变异的幅度不一，变异幅度小时系量变，称为抗原性漂移，变异幅度大时，发生质变，变成新的亚型，称为抗原性转变。
