≮美食原料≯
鸡脯肉、水发猴头蘑各500克，干贝50克，火腿、冬笋、腐竹各100克，奶汤1500克，精盐5克，味精10克，料酒15克，鸡油15克，鲜姜汁10克，葱姜油适量，熟猪油1000克。
≮美食做法≯
1、将猴头蘑洗净，挤干，改刀成片；将鸡脯肉世成三角块；将干贝去筋，洗净；火腿切成片；冬笋用刀拍松，掰成块；腐竹洗净掰成段。将干贝、腐竹段、冬笋分别用沸水氽透，捞出放入沙锅中。
2、炒锅上火，放入熟猪油烧至七成热，将猴头蘑推入，炸至金黄色捞出，滤净油放入沙锅中。再起锅，放入熟猪油烧至七成热，推入鸡脯肉，炸至金黄色捞出，控净油放入沙锅中。将火腿片放入沙锅。
3、炒锅上火，放入葱姜油烧至四成热，烹入料酒，添入奶汤，加精盐、味精、鲜姜汁，烧沸后撇去浮沫，待汤翻白后，倒入沙锅内。将沙锅用文火炖煮，待猴头蘑、鸡脯肉炖至软烂后，撇浮沫，淋上鸡油即可。
