GuQnyu IiaqiQng Jundui ZhengZhi 51-Xiang Gongzuo de Jueyi《关于加强军队政治思想工作的决议》(Resolution on Strengthening thel〕L月Politiealandldeological Wor/c) 1960年10月20日中国共产党中央军事委员会扩大会议讨论通过。经毛泽东修改后，中国共产党中央委员会于12月21日批转全党。决议包括前言和14项内容，14项内容是:①高举毛泽东思想红旗，把毛泽东思想真正学到手。②贯彻执行群众路线，发扬三大民主。①大兴三八作风。④开展兴无灭资斗争，反对不良倾向。⑤思想工作要着重抓活的思想。⑥把党支部建设成为坚强的战斗堡垒。⑦加强青年工作。⑧政治指导员的首要任务是做好政治思想工作。⑨建设一支又红又专的干部队伍。⑩大力加强军事技术、业务和科学研究中的政治思想工作。⑩积极参加国家社会主义建设，做好民兵工作。⑩加强党委对部队政治思想的领导。⑩改进政治机关的工作方法。⑩关于本决议执行情况的检查。 1987年1月，中央军委颁布的《中央军委关于新时期军队政治工作的决定》指出，1960年《关于加强军队政治思想工作的决议》，有正确的积极的内容，但由于把阶级斗争作为主要矛盾，把反“右倾”作为政治上的主要任务，把政治工作强调到不适当的地位，使军队政治工作的方向发生了偏差。(田仁德)
