This thesis discusses the new features of the unacceptable acts committed in libraries by college students,and then,taking the library of Anhui University of Technology as an example and on the basis of the new Rules for Behaviors of College Students,analyses how to consider and regulate the acts with a sense of times in order to build up harmonious college libraries.
