Study on performance about separating grain from airflow and power consume of inertia-deposition separation chamber was carried out,which is one device in 4ZTL-1800 rice combine harvester threshing prior to cutting with air suction.
对气吸式割前摘脱联合收获机惯性沉降分离室的压力损失和物料沉降分离效果进行了研究,结果表明:在主要结构参数中,分离室的后壁倾角必须为90°才能满足清选要求;分离室开度是影响压力损失的主要因素,但对物料分离效果没有影响;楔形隔板的沉降效果优于楔形加平板导流体。
