This paper, from the angle of education and welfare rights, analyzes the causes of loss in this aspect, suggesting that governments of all levels should make a reform in institutions and funds to guarantee migrant children\'s rights.

The right of being educated which is regulated by constitution is the fundamental right of the citizen in our country.
