离子通道阻滞
ion channel block
是因离子通道在胞膜外部分的内径较穿越胞膜部分的内径大,故一些大分子物质在通过通道口停留在通道内,影响通道的离子流通,使终板膜不能正常去极化,从而减弱或阻滞了神经肌肉兴奋传递。肌松药都是阳离子,既可阻滞受体,又可阻滞离子通道,但其离子通道阻滞作用大小与药物种类和剂量有关。抗胆碱酯酶药不仅不能逆转其离子通道阻滞作用,反而因乙酰胆碱时效延长而增强其作用。局麻药、阿托品和巴比妥类也有离子通道作用,与肌松药合用可影响肌松药的药效和时效。
