AIM:By observing pain threshold and changes of c-fos expression in the dorsal horn in PDLLA/FK506 compound condit peripheral nerve regeneration model to investigate regeration nerve\'s neuropathic pain.
目的:建立大鼠PDLLA/FK506(外消旋聚乳酸/FK506)复合套管坐骨神经再生模型,观察大鼠坐骨神经再生过程中行为学、痛阈以及脊髓背角c-fos表达的改变,研究大鼠PDLLA/FK506复合套管外周神经再生模型中神经病理痛的变化。
