social learning
社会学习(soeial一earning)个体为满足社会性需要而掌握社会知识、经验或规范、社会行为技能的过程。最先由米勒和多拉德(M盛jl，N.E.和Dollard，J.)于1941年在《社会学习和模仿》一书中提出，班杜拉于1962年又重申这一概念。他认为，行为模式仅仅通过观察他人的行为及其后果就能完成，可以不进行外部反应，不直接受到外部强化。原指观察学习，后来扩展为对人类行为的控制。对儿童的社会化过程有很大作用，表现在对儿童如何获得依恋行为、如何形成性别差异和品德的影响上。 (刘志华撰戚立夫审)
