sense of water
水感(sense of water)游泳运动员的专门化知觉。它是当人在水中游泳时，由触觉分析器、运动分析器、体觉分析器等的协同活动，对水的温度、流速、阻力、压力、浮力进行精确分辨，从而调整滑水动作的强度和速度所产生的系统感知能力。学习游泳初期，水感极不敏锐，处于不谙水性状态。经长期训练随运动经验积累和技术提高，水感逐渐发展。而随水感的发展又促使运动技术更加完善。水感与训练情况密切联系，当系统从事训练，采用中速游泳，有意识控制动作及游进速度时，对增强水感有利:当处在良好的竞技状态时，水感更加敏锐;当肌肉紧张或疲劳、伤病，或水温过低时，都会使水感减弱:若终止训练，水感逐渐消失，且消失速度较其他专门化知觉快。 (刘淑慈撰马启伟审)
