宫腔粘连分离术
利用手术将粘连闭锁的子宫腔分离。一般应在宫腔镜下进行，以确定粘连位置及程度，并可初步判断组织学特征，尤其有助指导手术的准确性，安全性及彻底性。轻者探针即可分离；重者需用弯钳，剪刀或电切割。术后应放置宫内避孕器防止再度粘连，并行人工周期补充雌激素治疗，有利于内膜增生与修复。
