In order to study the influence of different conditions on the formation of reconditioned layer,the friction and wear behaviors were experimentally investigated with pin-disk pairs through adding metal self-repairing additives and changing the rotational speed,load,wear time and medium.
为了研究不同的工况对金属磨损自修复层的形成所产生的影响,以羟基硅酸镁为自修复剂,通过改变转速、载荷、磨损时间和磨损介质等试验工况,利用销盘磨损试验机模拟了缸套-活塞环的磨损状态。

According to the working performance of the repaired mechanical parts,this paper put forward three indexes of evaluating the repair quality of mechanical parts,induding the bonding intensity of repair layer,the abrasion performance of repair layer and the influence of repair layer on parts fatigue intensity.
从机械零件修复后的工作能力角度出发,提出了修复层的结合强度、修复层的耐磨性、修复层对零件疲劳强度的影响三个评价机械零件修复质量的指标,可用于机械零件修复质量评价的参考。
