To improve the efficiency and reduce the repeated work in fixture design of parts with similar structure,a design method driven by a process master model was proposed,and the definition and construction of the process master model were given.
为了提高同构零件的工装设计效率、降低设计人员的重复劳动量,提出了一种工艺主模型驱动的设计方法,给出了同构零件工装设计中工艺主模型的概念、构造方法及数据映射机制;将零件的工序模型和工装模型作为应用视图,建立了工艺主模型与应用视图间的相关性管理机制;以相关性管理机制为驱动,对工序模型和工装模型进行尺寸一致性维护,从而实现了工序模型替换后新工装模型的快速生成。
