磁共振成像术语。磁共振成像中,经射频脉冲激励后的弛豫过程中使横向平面(Mxy)有残余矢量存在的状态。一般使用非常短的重复时间(TR)(22~50ms),使TR短于组织的T1和T2值时,可使横向磁化矢量没有足够的时间去相。这样T2值比TR长的组织在横向即存有磁化矢量,藉之可形成组织间对比。这种技术常用于快速梯度回波成像。如SSFP(GE),CE-FAST(Picker),FISP(Siemens)等。
