Based on the strong security of chaos sequence, a novel watermark scrambling algorithm is proposed in this paper,and the parity of coding, decoding and error-correcting process are added into the original dither modulation algorithm.

In the algorithm,dither modulation is adopted,and the motion feature and texture feature are used as side information to determine the adaptive quantification step of every frame.
