| 中华苏维埃共和国临时中央政府 第二次国内革 命战 争时期， 中国共产党在中央革命根据地建立的中央政权机关。即中央工农民主政府。1931年11月7 ～ 20日，在江西瑞金召开的第一次全国工农兵代表大会上宣告成立，选举毛泽东、周恩来、朱德、项英、张国焘等63人为中央执行委员，毛泽东为中央执行委员会主席，项英、张国焘为副主席。通过了宪法大纲以及土地法、劳动法和婚姻法等 。中央工农民主政府下设组织 、军事 、外交 、劳动、财政、土地、教育、内务、司法、检察、政治保卫局等人民委员会。主要任务是在中国共产党的领导下，带领各根据地人民进行武装斗争、土地革命和政权建设，发展根据地的经济和文化教育事业。1934 年10月撤离江西苏区。1935年10月转移至陕甘苏区。1937年9月22日宣布取消。
