Silkworm chrysalis protein generated by acid-base reaction showed salting-out effect and salt-soluble effect indifferent concentrations of sodium chloride solution,the salting-out effect was enhanced with increasing intemperature and sodium chloride significantly affected the protein\'s solubility.
