MethodsFrom June 2001 to December 2006,severe TR had been occured in 5 patients who had undergone left-sided valve replacement operation,and all of them were performed tricuspid valvuloplasty(TVP) or tricuspid valve replacement(TVR) operation.
方法总结本院2001年6月~2006年12月期间,5例左心瓣膜置换手术术后发生重度TR,行再次三尖瓣成形术(TVP)及三尖瓣置换术(TVR)。

心脏的右心室口呈卵圆形，口周围的纤维环上附有三片三角形瓣膜，故称三尖瓣。瓣膜的构造与二尖瓣类同。右心室收缩时，三尖瓣关闭，阻止血液流回右心房；右心室舒张时、三尖瓣开放，血液从右心房流入右心室。三尖瓣口狭窄或瓣膜关闭不全，则引起血流动力学改变。
