Computer-aided detection(CAD) for virtual colonoscopy(VC) is a new technique that utilizes the difference in morphology and other features between polyps and normal tissues to detect colonic polyps automatically.

| 肠道息肉 intestine,polyp of 粘膜慢性炎症引起局部粘膜增生肥厚而形成的粘膜隆起样病变,也可以是腺瘤或错构瘤。主要见于大肠(结肠和直肠)。大肠息肉可以是单个发生,也可以是几个、几十个或者更多发生,多数有蒂,少数是广基的。大多数病例常常没有引人注意的症状,仅在因其他疾病做肠道X射线造影检查、纤维内窥镜检查或在尸体解剖时偶然发现。肠道息肉比较常见,其发生率可随年龄增加而上升。多见于40岁以上的成人,男性稍多于女性。部分病人可有便血、腹痛、腹泻等临床表现。息肉大部分为良性,外科手术切除或经纤维内窥镜高频电切后,预后良好,但尚可复发,部分息肉可以恶变,应及早做局部肠段切除。 常见的大肠息肉有增生性息肉、炎性息肉、儿童性息肉、腺瘤 、乳头状腺瘤。此外,也常见于家族性息肉病和珀茨-杰格斯二氏综合征等。 |
