Design of Forestry Management and Protection Monitoring System Based on C/S & B/S Mixed Structure

The result of 6th general investigationof national forestry resources indicates that China has made great achievement indeveloping forestry management,but at the same time a series of problems whichhamper its sustainable development have been exposed.

Ecological utilization of forestry management is a new problem which is a radical problem relating to the total development of forestry.

In this paper, after accumulating the older generations experience and sorting out a wealth of material, the author analized the basic principles of material cycle in ecological system of forest, and investigated the nutrient utilizing in forestry management.

All kinds of interaction affect the distribution of plants,the formation and succession community,conservation and germination of seeds,germination of fungus spore,and the circulation of nitrogen;allelopathy therefore has very broad application prospect in forest management.

Taking Yabuli forest bureau in Heilongjiang Province as an example, combing with the current situation of this forest bureau, the application principle and system construction of IC card microcomputer management system in forest management were illustrated, and the economic benefits were analyzed also.

How to take the operation supervision of the foreign insurance companies which have already crossed the threshold of market access is the problem which is faced and needed to be solved by Chinese.
