This paper analyzes on the factors of influencing the lateral speed of passing railroad switch,and advances some measures for increasing the lateral speed of passing railroad switch,such as perfecting the geometric form of railroad switch,improving the structure and material quality of railroad switch,and adopting large-sized railroad switch,etc.
