方法 对 30例慢性活动性乙型肝炎患者治疗前和拉米夫定治疗 3、6、9个月后的血清 ,分别采用荧光全定量PCR法测定HBVDNA浓度和竞争性放射免疫法测定层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PⅢ )、Ⅳ型胶原 (ⅣC)水平并进行比较。

慢性活动性肝炎
chronic active hepatitis, CAH
简称"慢活肝"。慢性肝炎的一个临床类型。通常指症状和体征持续一年以上，临床表现为乏力、食欲不振、腹胀、肝区痛等常见症状及肝肿大，质地中等，常伴有脾肿大或有肝掌、蜘蛛痣、面部皮肤黝黑、毛细血管扩张等体征。此外还有肝外表现。如肾炎、关节炎、脉管炎、皮肌炎、心肌炎、及干燥综合征等。其中以关节炎和肾炎为多见。采用中西医结合治疗，对肝穿组织学证明的慢性活动性肝炎，HBsAg阳性或有其它系统自身免疫表现(如肾炎）者，可试用免疫抑制剂治疗如肾上腺皮质激素。
