This paper summarized the background and basic content of the construction of fiducial system for modern surveying of JiNan,then detailedly introduced the data process and test of high accurate GPS reference network、accurate level net and geoid refine and JNCORS,and the corresponding innovation and application are analysed.

In order to provide the reference for rebuilding the surveying datum in disaster area,the displacements of surveying datum in Wenchuan earthquake are analyzed via the GPS control network in Deyang city and the method of rebuilding the surveying datum after the earthquake is discussed.

This paper analyses the necessity for launching bilingual teaching by thinking over modern surveying technology and internal demands for entering WTO, expounding effective way with an emphasis on combining especially practice of bilingual teaching of Remote Sensing Principle and Application,and in addition,putting forward some views on doing much better in future bilingual teaching further.

The features of modern surveying technology and its application in mine is described by analysis of the environmental problems resulted from exploitation of mineral resources.
