彻衣

彻衣   刺法名。五节刺之一。《灵枢·刺节真邪》:“彻衣者,尽刺诸阳之奇输也。”指治疗热性疾病针刺机体外侧及背部奇穴的方法。亦有认为取用热病五十九俞者。该篇还例举对恶寒无汗,内外皆热,咽干欲饮的热性疾患,取用天府、大杼、中膂俞等穴治疗。刺治后汗出热退,恶寒解除,其效验有如脱除衣服,故称彻衣。
