介绍：
把沙参捶柔后抹佐料酱烤出来。吃的时候切成适中的大小。
使用沙参代替人参时﹐药理效果极好﹐并有抗癌效果。
【原料】沙参 200克、芝麻盐 2克、酱油 20克、香油 10克、白糖 5克、葱 10克
【制作过程】
1、在酱油里放入香油做成香油酱，把红辣椒用水泡好后剁碎，然后放入芝麻盐、白糖、香油、葱做成辣椒调料。
2、将沙参用棒子拍打去皮，用水泡出涩味后擦掉水分摆平。
3、首先把沙参边抹上香油酱边煎，然后边抹上辣椒调料边煎。待熟了以后切好撒上芝麻盐。
