伊本·罕百勒(780~855) Ibn Hanbal 伊斯兰教法罕百里学派创始人。生于巴格达。沙斐仪的学生。他在教法中坚持法律和伦理的双重规范,强调除《古兰经》外只以圣训为天启法源,主张严格限制使用类比和公议;每条教法规定都必须有圣训为依据,即使是可疑的圣训也予以承认,而不考虑其传述世系。以他的名义编纂的圣训集《穆斯纳德训集》 ,收集28000条圣训,是罕百勒学派形成的标志。在教义学上,他坚持正统派教义,反对穆尔太齐赖派的《古兰经》被造说,虽被拘禁而不屈服,在民间赢得巨大声望。后来,他的学派接受以公议为基础的教法学理论,承认类比推理,形成独立的教法体系。 |
