Combined with the characteristics of the regional power networks in China, the problems in the power network planning that need to be solved are put forward in this paper, which include the layer and zoned access for power plants, the proportion of outside power in the load, the depth of investigation for structure of power net.
结合我国区域电网的特点,提出电网规划中需要解决的问题,如电厂的分层分区接入、外来电力占本网负荷比例、规划设计阶段对电网结构的研究深度、加强受端网架等,分析这些问题的背景和解决对策。
