In order to find out the relations between heat treatment and chilling injury (CI) during storage under low temperature, the chilling injury rate, chilling injury index, ethylene production, soluble protein content, membrane electric conductivity and activities of membrane protective enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) were investigated in the present study.

红细胞渗透性脆性试验
主要用于测定红细胞膜有无异常，为诊断溶血性贫血的一种试验。在不同浓度的低渗氯化钠溶液中，观察红细胞破裂的现象。正常红细胞在0.42～0.46％的氯化钠溶液中开始溶血。渗透性脆性增加主要见于膜有缺陷的先天性球形红细胞增多症，本症在0.68％或更高浓度的氯化钠溶液中开始溶血，在0.4％或更高浓度完全溶血。渗透性脆性减低见于一些低色素性贫血，如地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血、某些肝硬化及阻塞性黄疸病人。
