【安置补助费】为妥善安排被征地单位的生产和群众生活，用地单位向被征地单位支付的一笔补助经费。根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》规定，安置补助费的计算方法是:1，征用耕地(包括菜地)的安置补助费，按照需要安置的农业人口数计算，需要安置的农业人口数，按照被用耕地数量除以被征地前被征地单位的人均耕地的数量计算。每一个需要安置的农业人口的安置补助标准，为该耕地被征用前三年平均亩产值的2一3倍计。同时，每亩耕地的安置补助费，最高不得超过被征地前三年平均年产值的10倍。每一个需要安置的农业人口的安置补助费乘上需要安置的农业人口数即得到安置补助费。2.征用其他土地时，安置补助费标准由省、自治区、直辖市参照征用耕地的安置补偿费标准作出规定。3.若按以上标准计算支付的安置补助费，尚不能使需要安置的农民保持原有生活水平的，经省、白治区、直辖市人民政府批准，可以增加安置补助费，但是，安置补助费和土地补偿费的总和不得超过土地被征用前三年平均年产值的20倍。4.征用房屋及其他建筑物的基地的，已付给拆迁费的不另给安置补助费。安置补助费应该用于安排因征用土地而造成的多余劳动力的就业和不能就业人员的生活补助，不得移作他用，任何单位和个人不得占用。
