Concerned about the Native Land,Digging the Resources and Highlighting the Characteristics ——An approach to the construction of the disciplines in the local art colleges

Through surveys on current situation and feature analysis on brand images and logos, this paper focuses its research on the brand image construction of an art institute of higher learning and proposes a design strategy as well as an application strategy suitable to the requirements for the brand name development of art institutes of higher learning.

This kind of tendency not only goes counter to the theory of higher education popularization, but also restricts essentially the further development of the local universities.

Taking employment as the direction becomes the basic of existence and development of local universities.

Based on the general goals and primary tasks of scientific research development of local universities,aiming at main problems of the current work,this paper proposes some countermeasures to strengthen scientific research of local universities with the purpose of providing thinking reference for achieving leaping development.

For the reform of the local medical schools and pharmaceutical schools, following measures should be taken: first, the reform idea with market awareness should be adopted; second, the reform orientation with feasibility should be established; third, the reform strategy of "being based on the talents and managing teaching by goodness" should be implemented.
