Based on the analysis for the filter cell’s retentions and mixed bed’s layer behavior,the species and contents of ions are determined in the inner cooling water system during the operation process,the working status of inner cooling water system is analyzed,and the problems of inner cooling water system are predicted.

Through the optimization of screen structure, design of the thickened filtering unit housing, research into the fastening methods as well as the selecting of the elastic filtering material and the corrosion resistance research, the screen has been proved by lab tests that its deliverabilit.
