性质:作标记原子的碳同位素除13C外,常用放射性14C。各种碳的标记化合物多以Ba13CO3为起点合成。Ba13CO3,NH4Cl和金属钾熔融反应,用KOH溶液吸收HCN制K13CN。KMnO4氧化K13CN制KO13CN。HClO4与Ba13CO3的悬浮液反应,生成的13CO2经干燥后再用液氮冷冻纯化。13CO2用Mg还原制元素13C,用Zn还原制13CO,碱液吸收可制相应的碳酸盐标记化合物。
