解剖学术语。位于骨中心,被覆有骨内膜,其内充以骨髓组织的腔隙。骨髓可分为红骨髓和黄骨髓。胎儿和婴儿期所有骨髓均为红骨髓,具有造血功能。随年龄的增长,长骨内的红骨髓逐渐变为黄骨髓。黄骨髓主要由脂肪细胞组成。骨髓腔因有骨皮质的遮蔽,在X线平片中显示为骨干中心的边界不清、低密度的透亮影。CT影像可清楚地显示骨髓腔的形态,表现为明显低于骨皮质的、界限清晰的低密度透光区,CT值呈脂肪性负值。在MRI上,骨髓腔内的脂肪在T1和T2加权像上均呈现高信号。
