补充资料:绿茶沙拉焗西洋梨
材料:西洋梨3个调味料:起司条150克、沙拉酱150克、绿茶粉1茶匙
做法:
1.西洋梨切对半取出硬核,连皮处仅留约1厘米的果肉,其余取出切成小丁。
2.起司条切碎。绿茶粉加1茶匙水拌开,再加入起司丝及沙拉酱调成糊状。
3.将梨肉与3大匙绿茶沙拉酱拌匀后盛入果壳内,再将剩余的沙拉酱覆盖于果肉上。
4.放烤箱以上下火皆300℃烘烤3分半钟即可。
