西藏未来二十年将修建拉萨至日喀则、拉萨至林芝、日喀则至樟木、日喀则至亚东口岸四条铁路,最终形成一纵一横的铁路布局。这是青藏铁路总设计师李金城今天在拉萨火车站对记者描述的蓝图。
李金城所在的铁道部第一勘探设计院承担了青藏铁路自一九五五年开始的三次大的勘测设计工作,具有较强实力,此次西藏自治区的铁路规划也由该院负责。
规划中二0一0年将修建拉萨至日喀则之间的铁路,全长二百四十八公里,拉萨至林芝的铁路全长四百一十五公里。到二0二0年将修建日喀则至樟木口岸的铁路,全长四百公里,日喀则至亚东口岸的铁路全长二百五十公里。
届时将形成青藏、川藏、滇藏、新藏四条铁路线进藏,“一纵”(青藏线)“一横”(新藏、滇藏线)的布局将最终形成。
目前铁道部第一勘探设计院正在着手前期航飞制图和勘探工作。李金城表示,这四条铁路线还在该院规划中,具体实施有待铁道部批准。
