Extract from Pistacia chinensis leaf was chromatographically separated by Sephadex LH-20 column to fractions containing tannin which was identified as gallotannin by sulfuric acid hydrolysis of these fractions yielding gallic acid and D-glucose.
从黄连木(Pistacia chinensis)叶获得的提取物,经葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20分离得到的各种含单宁级分,用硫酸水解,水解液经纸层析检测,表明含有没食子酸和D-葡萄糖,证实黄连木叶单宁是棓单宁,用UV光谱测得黄连木叶提取物含有游离和结合的没食子酸,总量为29。
