Due to afforestation construction shares some features with project application,including disposable peculiarity,uniqueness,resource limitaiton,timeliness and so on,the project management could be applied in the management of afforestation construction.

Based on the road reconstruction project of Nanerhuan in Fuyang,the technology of beat-crack and stabilized macadam is adopted according to the mechanism of reflection crack prevention.

Some problems existing in reconstruction are pointed out,and the corresponding measures are presented including strengthening management of construction teams,regulating construction teams,choosing the qualified teams,training and educating the constructors,taking the profit of construction side into account,and defining the site management right of station masters as well.
