本文以格斗对抗类项群(摔跤、跆拳道、击剑、柔道、拳击)竞赛规则的演变为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等科研方法对摔跤、跆拳道、击剑、柔道、拳击5个项目1992年～2008年竞赛规则的演变过程进行系统的比较分析,梳理各项目竞赛规则在历史发展过程中的具体变化,并对规则的变化所引起的技、战术及训练等方面的变化进行研究,最后得出结论:1。
