左心房
left atrium,LA
心的四腔之一，位于右心房的左后方，是最靠后的一个腔。左心房的两侧有左、右肺静脉的开口。前部分左前方突出的部分称左心耳，前下部有左房室口向下前方通入左心室。左心房接受来自左、右肺静脉的血流，并通过左房室口排入左心室。当二尖瓣狭窄时，可使血液排出受阻，导致左房增大，肺动脉高压。
