From the planning practice of Dailou,a village in SW China,this paper analyzes the existing problems in preservation of fine rural habitats in the construction of socialist new rural area,and argues that we should establish protecting standards and regulations,explore policies of land exchange and residential property transfer,and establish the multi-channel funding mechanism.

On this basis,the author proposes that an imitative ancient village be built to accommodate the tourists,which can not only protect the ancient village itself but also better satisfy the tourists demand for accommodation with archaic styles.
本文以北京门头沟区爨底下村为例,对古村落旅游现有的住宿接待模式进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了建设仿古接待村的建议,认为新的住宿接待模式既可以保护古村落的完整性,又可以满足广大旅游者对住宿的更高要求,具有一定的可行性。
