Fuzzy judgement of distribution type of fatigue test data;

In this paper, the distribution type can be judged conveniently from a group of test data with approach degree theory in Fuzzy mathematics.

By analyzing,comparing and combining some mathematics models of reliability such as histogram, survival ratio method and linear regression,the paper introduces a new method to analyze sample distribution type which depends on computer simulation and is combined by many means.
