Since the appearance of chlorimuron ethyl, the first acetohydroxyacid synthase(ALS) inhibitor in 1970s, sulfonylurea herbicides have been widely and rapidly adopted.
本文根据磺酰脲类除草剂与靶标乙酰乳酸合成酶的作用机理,设计合成了4-取代-3-异噁唑酮及3,5-取代-2-乙内酰基硫脲两类杂环的磺酰脲衍生物,重点对草酰氯法制备中间体磺酰基异氰酸酯的反应条件进行了优化,根据取代磺酰胺的结构不同,确定了原料和溶剂的最佳投料比和反应时间等反应条件。

According to the result of biological experiments,2-(4,6-dimethoxy-pyrimidin-2-yloxy)-N-het/aryl-benzylamine derivatives were found to have the inhibiting activity of acetolactate synthase(ALS),and the relationship between these compounds and their activity was studied by 3D-QSAR:CoMFA and CoM-SIA.
