每个卵母细胞周围环绕有一层原始的梭形卵泡细胞,始基卵泡开始发育后,梭形细胞变成复层、呈立方形,胞浆中含有颗粒,故称颗粒细胞。颗粒细胞间无血管存在,其营养来自外围的卵泡内膜。
