gongSIW0ng钢丝网(steel wire mesh)由钢丝编织或焊接而成的具有网孔的钢丝制品。钢丝网广泛应用于冶金、矿山、国防及工农业生产等各个部门，做筛选、防护、隔离、建筑材料之用。 分类和规格丝网根据使用场所和使用性能的不同有几十个品种。按有无镀层分，有光面钢丝网、镀锌钢丝网、涂塑钢丝网;按材料性质分，有普通低碳钢丝网、耐热合金钢丝网、耐蚀不锈钢丝网;按加工方式分，有编织钢丝网和焊接钢丝网。钢丝网的规格型号以钢丝、网孔和网幅表示。网丝用线号或英寸、毫米表示，网孔用孔径、网目或网号表示。网目指1英寸长度内网孔的个数，英美等国常以网目表示网孔大小，中国以孔径或网目表示之，前苏联以网号表示。网号指网孔的公称尺寸，如1.0号网指正方形孔每边长1.omm。 品种及工艺常见的钢丝网品种及网孔形状如图所示，有方形孔、菱形孔、六角孔、梯形孔等数种。方形孔有波形方孔(眼)网、镀锌电焊网、平纹网几种。波形方孔网又称拨花网或轧花网，如图a所示，网的经线和纬线经过预先弯曲成波状，再行织造，网孔结合牢固，网孔方正，抗拉力好，耐磨性强，不易变形。镀锌电焊方孔网，如图b所示，结构坚固，整体性强，点焊后再电镀，具有很好的防蚀能力。菱形网亦称斜方孔网，如图‘所示，一般用低碳镀锌钢丝预先扭成扣状，然后编织。使用时网边须拉紧，否则网扣易松弛，影响网的整体性。六角网亦称拧花网、龟甲网，如图d所示。网孔为六角形，按加工工艺有先镀后编织和先编织后镀两种。图h所示是一种带加强筋的六角网，抗拉力比一般六角网大，布筋间隔根据用途而有所不同。梯形网如图e所示，网孔呈梯形，主要用于建材中作波瓦和保温墙的加强网。另一种矿筛网如图f所示，用于筛选矿石，网孔较粗，丝径为5.omm或6.otnm，单位网面工作压力达1一1.skPa。
