Inspiration of modern humanistic education philosophy on English teaching reform in P.E. institutes and departments;

English teaching reform in vocational colleges has achieved a lot,yet the students ability of using the language has not improved substantially.

On this condition,this paper,in view of the problems in English teaching,combining the characteristics of higher vocational education and relative spirit of the model college construction,expressed the author s idea about the scheme of the English teaching reform in his college.

It explores multimedia-aided English teaching models in higher vocational education on the basis of constructivism, which enlightens China s English language teaching reform in higher vocational education and the cultivation of new creative persons with English language ability.

Making use of the modern education technology and deepening the reform of English teaching;

Based on the relevant theories in applied linguistics, the paper tends to reflect on three conversions of thinking pattern in foreign language teaching reform and their significance in realizing the benefit of college English teaching.

And it seeks the enlightenment to the foreign language teaching reform in the light of actual conditions.
